Warranty and RMA Process
CMITech standard warranty is 1 year from time of shipment on both parts and labor. Warranty and post warranty claims are generally handled though our product exchange policy, as there are very limited field serviceable parts within our products. Please contact us at service@cmi-tech.com for general questions, for warranty claims, and out of warranty repair requests.
